Stories, Projects, and Ministry Highlights – A Quarterly Look at What God is Doing Through EverGo Media
This month has been very busy, but also very exciting. In March, EverGo Media was officially created and established. I’ve been making videos and doing graphic design for many years, but this was the step of formalizing it—building a website and putting structure in place.
Over the past year, I’ve been praying and asking the Lord to send another missionary for me to work with. In His timing, He has begun to answer that prayer. I was able to set up EverGo right after completing a graphic design project, before any larger projects could come in and overwhelm me. Looking back, I can see the Lord’s hand in that timing.
I’m excited to see where He will take EverGo Media, and how He will choose to use it.
Right as the website went live, our church hosted its missions conference. This became my first project under the EverGo name, and I wanted to approach it differently than simply capturing highlights. I wanted to listen more intentionally—to hear the stories of how God is working through missionaries around the world.
It was a wonderful weekend. I was able to participate, capture meaningful moments, and hear some powerful testimonies. One story in particular stood out to me.
Missionaries to Japan, Bill and Becky Petite, shared about a time when they were building their church. Lumber was cheaper in America, so they purchased it here and shipped it to Japan. However, Japan had strict building codes, including a requirement that imported wood be inspected and stamped. Without that stamp, the building could not be used.
The cost of having all the lumber inspected was extremely high—almost to the point that importing it wasn’t worth it. Someone suggested a shortcut: have just one piece inspected and stamped, place it among the rest, and present it as proof if questioned. But for them, that would have meant being dishonest.
After much prayer and with the building already completed, they were left unsure of what to do. Then one morning, after days of frustration, his wife—who didn’t even fully know the situation—showed him a newspaper. The headline announced that Japan had changed its building codes. Imported lumber no longer needed to be inspected or stamped.
They were able to use their building.
What an answer to prayer, and such a clear reminder that the Lord works in His time—even when we cannot see a solution.

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)
I also had the joy of attending the commissioning service for a dear friend as she prepares to serve full-time in Cambodia. It was inspiring to see her step out in obedience to God’s call, dedicating her life to share the gospel and serve the local communities there. Witnessing her commitment reminded me of the importance of support, prayer, and partnership in ministry. Please join me in praying for her as she begins this new chapter—asking God to guide her steps, strengthen her for the challenges ahead, and use her in mighty ways to bring hope and light to those she serves.
Another story that deeply encouraged me came from a friend of mine from Thailand. After living in the U.S. for the past sixteen years, he recently returned home for his brother’s wedding and to visit the mission field where God is calling him to serve. This trip was especially meaningful, as he went not just as a visitor, but with a burden to share the gospel with his own people and to seek out Deaf individuals who need to hear about Jesus. When he came back and shared with our youth group, it was inspiring to hear how God worked—using him to help lead sixteen people to Christ. Even more impactful was the effect it had on his own brother, who, after the wedding, was so moved that he chose to pursue the Lord more faithfully and join in that spiritual journey. Please pray for these two brothers as they continue seeking God’s direction and faithfully follow His calling on their lives.
That’s what I desire with EverGo Media. I don’t just want to hear these stories—I want to experience them firsthand, capture them, and help missionaries and ministries share them with their supporters and churches.
As this is just the beginning, I would appreciate your prayers. Please pray for wisdom as projects come in, and for clarity and direction as EverGo continues to grow.
